Project Overview
In today’s data-driven landscape, businesses often struggle with scattered, incomplete, and inconsistent customer data coming from multiple platforms like CRM systems, e-commerce portals, support systems, and marketing tools.
Our project, Customer Data Analytics using Informatica Cloud, is aimed at addressing this challenge by building a robust and scalable ETL pipeline using Informatica to transform raw customer data into actionable insights. The solution consolidates raw customer data from different domains into a unified view suitable for analytics ready format.
Objectives
- To extract customer data from CRM, e-commerce, support, and marketing systems.
- To clean, transform, and standardize data using Informatica Cloud transformations.
- To integrate datasets into a unified schema for deeper behavioral analysis.
- To compute customer metrics like total purchases, support interactions, and campaign responses.
- To improve data accessibility for business intelligence and decision-making.
